Learn the Art of Conversation.

You already have the personality—now let’s give it some teeth. We represent Australia’s biggest charities by having the conversations most people are too shy to start.

This isn’t about being a "salesperson"; it’s about being a storyteller. Our training turns your natural charisma into a professional tool, teaching you the science of persuasion and the grit it takes to lead a team.

If you want to spend your day building social muscle instead of staring at spreadsheets, you’re in the right place.

From the Team

The team is amazing and you build close bonds incredibly quickly. It's a fun, welcoming environment that really pushes everyone to be their best. The best thing is they push you to be yourself and add your own unique twist to the job.
Ben Xuereb
The progression path is clear and entirely merit-based. Your results determine how quickly you move forward, which is refreshing compared to traditional roles. The environment is both high-performing and supportive—there's a real balance of ambition and enjoyment.
Kieran Brown
I came in with no sales experience and completely new to the industry. I was welcomed in, provided training, and never looked back! The best part is that the skills transfer into all aspects of your life, the personal development never stops, and the career opportunities are endless.
Emilia Currall
This is the kind of job where you actually enjoy coming to work and get on with all your colleagues. Getting paid to travel  around Victoria and sometimes further is another perk and team nights are my favourite nights of the week!
